These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nowhere Land TTRPG website, resources, and materials. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Nowhere Land for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Nowhere Land
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Nowhere Land TTRPG rulebook, materials, and creative content are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Creators and game masters may use these materials to run games, create campaigns, and share experiences with players.

Commercial use, publishing, or redistribution of Nowhere Land content requires explicit written permission from Joachim Mouffron or Scriptale.

The materials on Nowhere Land are provided for an 'as is' basis. Joachim Mouffron and Scriptale make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Joachim Mouffron, Scriptale, or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nowhere Land.

The materials appearing on Nowhere Land could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Joachim Mouffron and Scriptale do not warrant that any of the materials on this website are accurate, complete, or current.

Joachim Mouffron and Scriptale may revise these terms of service for their website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
